Thanks for all the support🙏 Don’t forget to grab the Custom Made KITS of the Elise (& the AC Cobra) during the first week Pre-Order Discounts😊 Available at: bricksblocksandmocs.com
Fantastic! The prices of those kits are amazing, def thinking about ordering an Elise. I’d say keep going with this idea as a secondary format to your normal cars. Maybe make an OG Tesla Roadster? The trio of 90s Kei Roadsters? Anyway, I would also suggest that you try to implement functions (such as doors) when it makes sense. If you do that, your models will be, seem, and feel more intricate, which is always a bonus. Thanks for the awesome vid!
Thank you so so much, really appreciate that🙏🙏🤗 As these models are 7 wide, it was very difficult to incorporate openable doors and still being able to fit minifigs inside. Plus did A LOT of parts and building optimizations for these ones as I really wanted to make some more affordable Kits while still being able to offer them with Original New LEGO parts😊
Awesome Elise considering you used those smaller wheels and mudguards! Clever headlight technique and I like how the back is round. That Cobra might just be better but I prefer the Elise irl too!
Both cars look super awesome! The Cobra is definitely my personal favorite! Build Request: 1982 Pontiac Trans Am (bonus points if you can make it KITT from Knight Rider)
Never seen a Lego Lotus Elise S2 and this turned out amazing, well done!! I’ve just ordered one and can’t wait to build it! Would love to see you build a Nissan 300zx Z32!
It's Really Cool how you can Put so much Detail in 7 Stud wide Car and It Even Can sit Two Minifigs that's just Crazy in my opinion. But Both of the Models look amazing. 😁
I know this is gonna be very challenging, but could you maybe try out a ford gt90? I think the major reason not to is probably its completely and weird looks but I absolutely love it. I think the transparent dark blue quarter dome piece of the new lego city space lab might be a very interesting piece for it in a higher scale.
The Elise is a really tough one to crack. What about using stickers for the front lights and blinkers ? Wouldn't that allow you a better chance to get the volume of the front clam closer to the original ?
@@bricksblocksandmocs first, thanks à lot for your answer ! That's a fair point :) Have you ever thought of building à car like the Evija on a bigger scale ? :)
@@bricksblocksandmocs yeah, i'm trying to build It using the Ferrari 812 set, and also there isn't a single decent 8 Wide 4c MOC in all the web. I can't wait to see your version of this beauty
Didn’t, use other CAD programs to create custom parts. Then I upload the OBJ files to studio Parts Designer. Should be a lot of tutorials out there as well as recommendations for different CAD programs.
