If I recall, I think the promos actually start like around 10 pm the day before. I remember last year around 11 they already showed up. Even the year prior I was at Disneyland and I ordered the UCS landspeeder on the 30th at around 10 pm and got all promotions. So hopefully it’s like that this year.

Here is my plan. Get the UCS Tie night 1. Head to the Lego store next day to the midi MF, Sith Infiltrator, and Cody Brickhead. Later that day, online, get the R2D2 and Droideka. Should get me 3 droid batter carriers.

If the threshold is 160, will Lego round up if my order comes out to be a few pennies short? For example, if the discount for the Ghost is $30, with the battle pack, it will come out to $159.98.

You can try it right now, with the current GWP, and test if you’d get it or not. Worst case scenario just add a keychain or the cheapest LEGO product available.

They don’t round it up, I’ve tried this before in the past and it didn’t work. Had to get something little. Maybe think about getting the commander Cody brick head for $10 to pass the threshold.

⁠ They don’t round up. So no GWP initially. BUT, if you email Lego quick, telling u’re 2 pennies short and was under the impression the GWP were included and overlooked, and if they respond in time still having GWP in stock. They’ll add this to the order no problem. I always do it. … Or just add the 1 one star wars brickhead which is available for 9,99 ;)

Christo great video but I think you are missing the economic factor . As I have said before as a businessman and owner for the past 29 years I believe sales will be ok but not gangbusters like years past. There are 70 percent of this country that can’t pay the monthly bills and credit cards maxed out at all time highs cars repos at record highs and many more other economic indicators. I have to think people might go in and spend the bare minimum to get the GWP. My local Boca Ratin Lego store management who I know very well tells me sales have been very sluggish and they are hoping for a good showing on May the 4th . I promise you Lego corporate is a little concerned on global sales

For the promos I know you have to spend $160 to qualify, but is that before or after tax. I’m assuming before? Because I really want to get the New Republic E-Wing vs Sin Hatis Starfighter and the Spider Tank but it comes short of $160. It’s like $159 before tax.

Amazon , target , Walmart has spider tank at 39 compared to 49. You can try something in the cart right now , for 199, and see if you would qualify for $200 promo for the fruit stand. I tried it, and 189 plus tax is 206. It didn’t qualify for promo. So I went to 209 and then promo was added.

Question for those is the know. Does Lego actually limit one GWP per household during this promotion? Or if you place 3 separate orders will they send 3 GWP? Can’t have only one kid get the GWP……

@@bharrop86 I think Lego figures if you want to make multiple orders of $150, or whatever the threshold is, they will keep giving you a gwp each time.

159.99 isn't 160... lego doesn't give you the free penny. Expect to pick up a brick head or Keychain minifig.

They did for me. The $159.99 would get you the promos. Can only be one set though. 2 for $159.98 won't qualify. Been getting promos this way since 2017

I have gotten the promos in the past with a couple cents below the threshold, but not sure if that was a fluke...
