I think using it as a giant iron golem is even better than using it as a player house. I love how it's still is livable even when it's a giant golem

It made me think… imagine if lego made a red stone Flying Machine set! How awesome would that be?? It would be ugly as heck, but such a cool concept.

I REALLY believe in thjeory it was supposed to be the Copper Golem but they redesigned it after it lost. The proportions are matching. Still the Golem is lovely build but even with two unique player skins this set is REALLY underwhelming. Probably because you can get the skeleton riders and golem quite cheap.

The fact that there are two skeleton riders and a charged creeper, both mobs made from lightning, adds an extra layer of imagination by sort of hinting that there was a lighting strike near the base and now it's under siege from the lightning mobs

That also adds to the theory that it was supposed to be a copper golem until that lost. It probably would’ve come with copper things like a lightning rod

I kind of wish it was a bit larger, on scale with the Llama village set. I feel like that would allow for a much better looking Iron Golem build.

I think the price could be justified if they had included all 4 skeleton horsemen. Something so cheap for Lego to add but something which would add so much value to the set.

Lego’s doing so many mechs that are just hilarious at this point! Hulkbuster with an action figure in it, little mechs with normal figs, beeg Iron Golem with smol Iron Golem 😂

Funny but I was looking at this set in the store and I kind of passed over it for others since it didn't look that interesting on the box front, but only after you showing the golem detach that I could see how cool it is. I guess the figure actually does camouflage quite well into the surrounding base.😉

I think this is a cute set and at least in germany the streetprice was 80€ from the beginning, so that feels ok pricewise.

A Golem mech is such a cool idea and makes sense tbh. After all it's just basic natural materials turned into a living entity. Why couldn't you turn a big house into a golem?

The clear trend I’m picking up is… wait for a discount. That stinks, to be honest. I’d like to get this as a gift without having to play the annoying timing game - which applies to something like 90% of the very cool lego sets coming out. Imagine a world where this set was $90… why not? Lego would probably sell more sets, no?

To me minecraft doesn't have its place as Lego. It's too similar and too easy to recreate. If I want to play minecraft I'll go play the real game. I always thought minecraft looked like Lego when playing.

Yeah lego sets are usually priced away away away too much especially when they get old and get discontinued / retired 🙄 price goes up unless 🤔 you can get a better/reasonable price it just depends if the sale er is a 👍 person or if that they won't be cooperative and priced them away away 2 much!!!! / high in order to afford those lego sets that have gotten old over the yrs. The overly expensive prices NEEDS!!!! NEEDS!!! TO ✋️ stop no more ly pricing the old lego sets I can not express it enough says this enough!!!! People DO NOT OVER!!! LY!!! PRICED OF!!! THOSE OLD!!!! LEGO SETS!!! IN ORDER TO !!! AFFORD THOSE lego set need 👎 1 will buy those if they are not overly 😑 😒 🙄 😐 😤 priced so people like me can afford them .
