LEGO Ninjago Destiny’s Bounty - Race Against Time (71797) - 2023 Set Review 

I still can’t unsee this bounty as a Monkie Kid set with those colors on the ship

Would have been cool if they had it so the front of the ship could be pulled forward to fit the dragon and pushed back into its original position if you wanted to remove the dragon. I do agree the gap is very bad

Tbh, this new Bounty seriously reminds me of the Destiny’s Bounty 2.0 from Possession.

For people for who hate most of the bounty looks have you thougth the reason for what it look like this be probly it got damage during or after the merge happen

I don't like ninjago but I bought this because I love airships and Asian architecture. Looks cool as hell.

I want this, but financially it is this or the Dreamzz shark ship and I think I want that more! Amazing set and great review!

This is a really colorful set

Makes me wish I had the money to buy the Legacy Bounty back in 2019. No hate to this bounty, but the legacy one was cheaper and better.

The dragon name from this set must be sora because it has the same color in the show

No matter how many times I look at this set..I just can't get my mind off on the middle part of the ship where its skimpy... like I don't understand the design..how are ppl suppose to get across from back part of the ship to the front deck..? =/ Theres hardly any space for minifigure to fit thru and no rails or fences to keep ppl falling off the boat while crossing..? Detachable dragon feature is good and bad at the same time...sure we get a whole dragon to play around with but when it combines to become the front shaft of the ship it just does not look good.... I see there are lots of hidden gimmicks to uncover the inside of the ship but if you're somebody who just likes to display it, I don't think this is a good looking showcase. For $160..mhmmm..I can see this set go on a clearance sale soon or later.

But how the roof attach to the rest of the structure is with attached?

Will this bounty survive this season and not get destroy

DB from the Ninjago movie was definitely the best. I appreciate they tried something new but that front section with the dragon gimmick is awful. Price would be worth it at a 50% discount

hey, love your vids, also I don't have any of the destiny's bounties and I was thinking about getting this one but its price is above my budget. I still love this tho. Also on Master Wu's back i think it actually said "master" and not "ninja"

I was really really excited for this set when the leaks came out. The colors are fresh and new, it had good shaping, and I love ship builds. After watching this review, my excitement is totally killed. This set is lacking for the price it’s at. The huge hole in the front along with the skinny mid section is more than disappointing. As much as I want this set, I think I’m going to save my money for the new Dragon temple, the new monkey kid sets, and the dreamz sets. I’d buy this if it dropped below 100 but I can’t justify the price

Is that dragon on the front sora

I feel like this set is ruined by the lack of a floor at the front. It doesn't need any details, but just a floor. That wouldn't even be in the way of the dragon. And the price is too high too. I thought this would be a 100 dollar set, or 120 at most. But I gotta say the back section with the interior is impressively detailed and spacious.

Why is Destiny's bounty written in English and not ninjargen?

I get that inflation is a thing - but this set appears to be significantly smaller than the 2020 destiny bounty, so I dont understand why this was is more expensive that the last one. Is this one smaller only upon first glance? I don't own any ninjago sets
