I totally agree with you. Most sets in the 2015 release didn’t last a year before they were retired.

If you had 3-4 of these sets, you could definitely accomplish that.

The problem with brown bricks is that they are known to be brittle. 🤷🏻‍♂️

If you are into the vintage sets, I would recommend the Imperial Trading Post.

It would have been cool if this set connected to other sets to form a fort. As it is, it’s more of an imperial dock or port. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Very educational. They also sell medieval-themed sets with pumpkins in them. (Pumpkins originating in North America and coming to Europe only after the end of the middle ages...)

Smart kids pick up on little things like this. I did as a kid. First thing I noticed way back in the 90's was that Red/Blue coats tall hats were from napoleonic time, not pirate time. And then the Spanish conquistadors showed up 200 years late!

@@ThePeacemaker848 Y'know, I just realized that maybe it is all supposed to represent some parallel universe that is only very similar to ours, but not entirely identical. 🙂

Since they are modular, you could definitely buy multiple sets and combine them. You just have to be willing and able to spend the $$$
