Thanks for sharing these videos. I feel that the "Maniac" theme didn't create the right atmosphere for the M-Tron and Blacktron collections.

The UFO line is the last space theme I remember before falling to the Dark Age. Anything after that looks so alien to me.

Blacktron was an extension to the classic space theme, it was designed to make bad guys for more fun. I personally believe the space theme allowed more creativity before Blacktron. That’s because space by itself needed you to make the harsh environment the enemy. Idk what you meant in the last part tho.
