I used After Effects with the Element 3d Plugin to do all my 3D shots. (Except for the scene where the speeders race through the forrest[I didn't have element when I made that])

Who cares if it's inaccurate to which Clone is in which Legion. This is an awesome stopmotion, and the story is great none the less. Have watched this many times.

Yes, I made the CGI. :) I imported the LEGO models into blender and exported them so I could render them inside of After Effects. I used the plugin Element 3D from videocopilot.

[Taken from Wookieepedia] Fox is not to be confused with a Sergeant of the same name stationed on Coruscant during the raid of the Jedi Temple. There are millions on millions of clone troopers some are bound to have the same names and the fox you portrayed was the COMMANDER that Fox was SERGEANT that is a HUGE difference

That's possible, but I find it easier to do the animation inside of after effects.
