Hmm good point. Yes everyone's favourite exclusive non-exclusive program strikes again. I feel like they could do better, though. I know in my area, at least, grocery stores have similar programs where some items are discounted for "members" and it's never a "one per customer" or "one per order" you just scan your card at the end and get all the savings. There must be a better way. But what do I know lol

Ohh awesome!! That will be nice to see your family and so good of your brother to pick those up for you!! Another youtuber (lego autoz) lives in Japan and he mentioned to me the prices can be quite high there on some sets!

You and I are certainly on the same page in that respect!! And that's awesome you got the Interceptor, I hope you enjoyed it - it is certainly very high on my list, but I'm hoping it will go 4x points next may

@@onecleverpig i think the build was mostly pretty fun, some finicky panels on the cockpit inside. one gripe i have with it is that they didnt mirror the griebling on the wings for some reason, so i manually changed it to be the same on both sides. also the targeting was built the same on both sides (meaning the tubes at slightly different lenght were not in the same location on the model when assembled). looking back at the art, it is also not a fault with the instruction, but the way it is on the box as well which is really strange mistake for Lego to make, esp since they include pictures of the Interceptors with the correct orientation on them in the manual from movies and paintings. but that was really easy to rectify

EXACTLY!! That's so frustrating!! Sorry you had to do that for the coin. That's super dumb. LEGO needs to recall these codes, not a good idea

Ahh very interesting! I didn't go to a physical store, but that is very good to know. And you could be right! And ultimately I would be mostly okay with the "1 per household", it's the consistency issue that bugs me

I heard that from others as well!! To that point, again, I say - some consistency would be great, LEGO 😂

@my2credits Yeah idk about that because I ordered 12:30 on release night and I live geographically pretty close to their warehouse. Idk man! It's a gong show out there 🤷

That is a very thoughtful and deliberate way to make smarter purchases, which I appreciate! I totally agree hence why most of my orders came from elsewhere. My money will always go where the best deal/value lies. Thank you for your comment as always!!
