I used the pieces that make a 8×8 circle by connecting them with two of the three studs and attaching a 2×4 plate to it. It almost matches up at the top, I jus had to add some supports and work my way carefully around it
I thank you for this technique! I used your tutorial as a base for my own stairs. First I wanted to use your idea but found the steps to thin and since my stairs would be floating and in reddish brown (wood stairs) I found a work around and really happy with the result. so once more. Thank you allot!
I thought this used hinge plates at first, I'm glad to see it uses pieces I have a great many of except maybe 3x1 plates in gray I have everything else
I've always liked spiral stairs from castles in real life and metal stairs in houses. I wondered how I was going to make them in Lego for some reason or other. Now I have a better understanding of what sort of frame work to base them off. Real instructive. Thanks
I just brought the Batman returns batcave and I want to add a staircase like this ! There’s a ladder in the build but I can’t see Alfred bringing tea down the ladder
+Blaster Works I don't see why not. I think there would be enough clearance between the circles for minifigure head clearance. I may have to test that theory.
Great video! I love your spiral staircase. I like your brick separator with the eyes. I do the same with mine :):) Someone to talk to when I'm building. Lol.
