@@PlanetZoidstar manipulative? What she did to Louis was dominant and In all other things she is always nice. Just because she was pushy over her crush with Legosi doesn't mean she's manipulative. She wants to become a Beastar because she wants to better the life of her fellow carnivores who are constantly mistreated by herbivores living in fear of them. From my perspective she's just pushy and had a hardcore crush, but is a nice person that wants to genuinely help others. Sometimes she's just driven by Teenage Hormones, like Legosi himself is with his impulsive behavior
I understand that if Juno and Legosi were to get together, it would completely defeat the purpose of the story and what it is trying to tell. But god damn, I really wish they were together. She is such a queen. I wish I was able to like Haru as much as I enjoy Juno
Okay, Legosi had no idea that Juno liked him, that's literally the kind of gullibility Legosi is, and she CONFESSED her heart to his FACE- I feel really bad for Juno to have to put up with that- but the both of them are still super adorable in that hard headed way-
No I think it's only for wolves so I assume it's so all the wolves don't look extremely similar to the point of confusion. Some could be hybrids too like coywolves or wolfdogs. I actually really like the different designs
The level of naiveness of Legosi it's just obnoxious and annoying. I'm really glad that Juno stop chasing him, further in the manga, she always deserve better.
@absolutely nothing out of nothingness You clearly didn't read the whole manga, legosi its the kind of character that does stupid things without thinking clearly. The attack at the shishigumi quartel its a good example of it ( and let me tell you that without Gouhin, Yafya,Pina and Louis, he would be practically dead), and OMG, even the most distracted person realizes when someone its flirhting this much as Juno did, even Yafya admits how annoying he is in some point in the history. And someone who drives his best friend at a point that he considers suicide as an option, isn't being that good as everyone thinks he is. Not everyone has to like "the most beloved character" in every history, you have to deal with opposite opinions too.
Me watching this in manga already knowing how it was gonna play out but seeing it in animation and how legoshi is dumb not knowing she actually had a crush for him is laughable
She had a crush on him. But crushes don’t necessarily go anywhere, especially since it was very much puppy love where she fell for him for just saving her.
I still feel meh about Juno after she used Haru's near death experience as a way to further her agenda, right after basically threatening her. I know it's probably not that deep but she's mad sus.
I feel bad for Juno for not getting the guy of her dreams. I wonder how things turn out different if the writer, did some changes to her personality and goals. Such as instead of having the status symbol or the societal expectation. How about making her genuine in love with Legoshi's like it started out as a schoolgirl crush or love at first sight when he saved her from those bullies. While Legoshi doesn't show any interest in romance, he's just going on with his life at school and hanging out with his friends. Her history is similar to Legoishi. But a little bit different for always getting picked on by the other herbivores. For being different, and they also treated her as a monster. Her parents always try to cheer her up and tell her not to hold a grudge against them even though they don't understand how she feel. So, her goal of becoming the next Beastars is convincing other species to be friends. Getting rid of the prejudice against each other and treating other species with the respect they deserved no matter how big or small or what type you are. Her relationship with Legoshi starts small of being friends while Juno still has a crush on him for saving her from the bullies. So as of right now, not only she's getting to know him better while trying to win his affection of being the most sweeties, kindest, thoughtful, supportive, caring woman Legoshi has ever met. Also, she has a friendly rivalry with Haro. They are trying to compete to be Legoshi's mate. Would anyone like this version of Juno, and does she have a better chance to be Legoshi's lover?
I can relate to this as I saw myself in legoshi shoes. I too was oblivious to many girls in high school who had given hints and clues that they had affections for me, but I didn't notice till they were straight to the point.
My favorite 2 in this series has got to be Legoshi and Juno, I hope so much that Juno gets the ending she deserves in the anime, she got back stabbed in the manga

Juno: (confesses her love) Legoshi: ( confused) They enter the wolf room Juno ( walks away with other wolves) Legoshi: (somehow looks like he got rejected) Juno: (probably forgot the conversation and her confessing) Yeah I am pretty sure when she saw the other males she knew it couldn’t be legoshi he is with a rabbit 😳
