Adam, why not a Leica SL3, instead of M11 and Visioflex? Would make more sense for all these commercial shots and portraits. And the SL3 has a much better viewfinder and the weight is not much higher... Nice work and great portfolio!
Hi JJ, thanks for your kind words about my pictures. The SL3 is indeed a better choice for commercial work. I love it and do use it for client stuff. But, my daily carry is an M, and the pictures shown in this video are all just personal shots and so they were shot on an M. Maybe one day I’ll switch everything over to an SL, but for now, at least with personal stuff, I still enjoy the slower, more thoughtful approach of a fully manual camera.
HI Elliot, I no longer have the M10R. It's a great (great!) camera, but I decided to upgrade to the M11 and sell the M10R. Main reasons for my upgrade was: 1) more resolution (I sell prints and also do a lot of personal printing, so the extra boost in MPs has its advantages), 2) the base ISO of 64 is quite nice as I like to shoot in big sunlight a lot of the time. Eliminates the need for an ND filter in many cases. 3) I like the native usb-c charger, and battery life seems a bit better, 4) I also like that there is no longer a base plate.
