Leica decided to release a firmware update on the same day I released this video. You can download the 4.0 update on the Leica website which adds highlight weighted exposure metering. leica-camera.com/en-US/photography/cameras/q/q2-black/firmware

Had my Leica Q2 for a few months now, and love it. However I was having a problem with random blurry photos, even in good light and just couldn't figure out why. Your video helped answer that question. Turning off the image stabilisation appears to have fixed that! Thank you.

I enjoyed your video and found it quite useful. When you select different features I found it difficult to follow along, may I suggest to you that you slow down your selections so that it is easier to parrot your moves in real time.

Many thanks for a very clear and helpful video. Firmware update 5.0 was announced yesterday. Very easy to install. More videos on your experiences while using the Q2 would be brilliant, and perhaps a comparison with the Q2 Monochrome.

Hi. I have a Q2, and struggle with fokus when I take photo of persons face, then the background are sharp but the face are unsharp. This is with AF! Best regards Jan

Very useful as a new user. But when changing some settings suddenly a lot of them were greyed out. Don’t know what happened or what I did. I reset the camera to get them back. Any idea? Thanks for this.

Hi! Seems like my touch screen isn't working? Just got my Q2, and the menu doesn't let me use touch like you're doing in this video. Not seeing an option to turn it on or off anywhere. Any ideas?

With the PASM setting, how do you access them? I have just come over from a Sony a6000, which allows you to select these individually on the dial, thanks.

This video is not updated for firmware update 4.0, released yesterday, the day before you posted this. With the Exposure Metering Setting, you are omitting Highlighted-Weighed among other settings. On your next video, can you provide your revised setup on the 4.0 update changes? Great video otherwise. Thanks.
