You have the early Leitz version, the later Leitz version and latest Leica version have better multi coating of the Lens elements. For Macro photography I use most aperture 4.0 which gives beautiful images, for Landscape photography I use most aperture 6.3.

Thanks for the comment about the 90 mm, it helps me to decide on rent the 50mm and the 90mm, and not the 60mm instead of the 50mm. Thank you so much, saludos!🇦🇷💫

Ottimo video! Continua con i Leica R👍 il 60 lo stavo per prendere ma ho desistito all'ultimo. Ho coperto dal grandangolo al tele spinto ma devo dire che mi hai riacceso un Po di curiosità (su BM 6k Pro)

@@LucaBono.Studio yeah i think about this one, change my sony gm 35 1.4 on this Now i have only 50mm summicron r and happy with that. Maybe one day i will try also 60mm 2.8 macro

Hey Luca. I just got a SL2 and I am thinking of a R lens with macro capabilities for commercial work. My first choice is the APO 100mm 2.8 Macro but considering a more affordable option I am thinking of this 60mm 2.8 Macro or the 100mm f4 Elmar. What do you think about it? Have you ever tried the 100mm f4? I am kind of biased to that lens already due to the compact design and price.

if you like Leica Macro lens, I suggest you try the ultimate 100mm f2,8 APO Elmarit R lens.

Thank you Didier! I'll probably not get the 100mm apo, it's too close to my 90mm Summicron R. Maybe one day I'll get the 180mm F2 ;)

I don't have that one...when I had the Contax Zeiss set, I had the 21mm/28mm/35mm/50mm/85mm and I was never using the 28mm. I prefer to use a range of lenses from 35mm to 60mm... "normal" field of view ;) Do you have the 28mm f2.8? Are you happy with it?
