probably miniscus tear. yan nangyayari kapag pagtalon then paglanding is hindi fully bent yung tuhod to absorb the impact of the landing. parang nag squash yung shock absorbing miniscus sa tuhod resulting to that collapse. hopefully hindi ganun ka serious talaga. mas madali makarecover kung miniscus lang kaysa sa putol na ACL.
