Hi can i plug that in my guitar and then plug it on the amplifier? Does it work? Or it only works on headphones?

Technically, you could, but I wouldn’t recommend using this through an amp. The processing from the practice amp mixed with the processing from your amp would result in a less than stellar tone.

Does it bluetooth connect to a PC Windows as an input source?

It should connect to a laptop.

I know this is a stupid question but how do you turn this on? I only see a flashing blue light after I've charged it and it's on the BT light only. SHouldn't I see a light on the charge/battery part to tell me it's on? I hear nothing through it when I have anything plugged into it like HPs.

Hardly a stupid question. Unfortunately, it must be met with a stupid answer. I gave mine away to a student and I don’t remember how to turn it on.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I think it’s a good resource for practicing. Particularly if you’re a beginner.

Yes, it can. I gave this to one of my bass students and she used it successfully for practice purposes.
