this guy's feel and sense of melody is just off the charts. As guitarists we normally play whats convenient rather than whats in our heads. He is a full band in of himself
That was incredible... I’ve been eying that 56 for a while now... definitely sold! Excellent demo and playing (not to mention that deluxe reverb sounds great too)
A 56 DANELECTRO BARITONE COOL INSTRUMENT TO PLAY VERY DIFFERENT & USEFUL I HAVEN'T OWNED 1 OR PLAYED 1 SINCE THE 1960s THEY'RE SO DAMN DYNAMIC DOUBLE A LOW BASS LINE OR DOUBLE A LOW GUITAR LINE IT GIVES POWERFUL CHORDS ¡¡ EVERYBODY NEEDS ONE !! CARLOS GUITARLOS USA HIGHLAND PARK L.A. 90042
The Dannelectro guitars are OKin their factory condition. their downside are how cheap their hardware and electronics are. Before the whole " what do you expect for that price range?!" consider the Chapman ml1 baritone is between $350-500 with very very usable stock pickups, locking tuners and a really solid bridge. Also in this price range are the Aile/Rondo's that are an insane amount of guitar for the money. I own 4 baritone guitars currently as they are my main focus and the best budget one that I ever played was the Michael Kelly patriot Lo Boy. It has dual coil split pafs that are really great stocks as well. I spent right around $150 on it which is an absurdly good deal but if you search forums and darker avenues can still be found for a steal. The Dannelectro's are good but be prepared to do some modding. They make a semihollow version of this that's a bit of an upgrade but for not much more money that are really fun to play. If you can swing it go grab a PRS SE 277 semihollow bari. You wont regret it.such an absolutely perfect baritone guitar. If you need a Bari for playing metal throw some BKP warpig90's in and youre set. Really great playing man. I really enjoyed the video just to hear your playing
That was awesome would love to have one, great affordable price that's a great deal. Do without the sparkling finish looks like a lot of those motorcycle helmets from the 70s.
Nice! That second song was da' bomb! Not into the sparkles myself but the damn guitar sounds great............. thank you for the price.......... nice to see that aspect of the show back!
Great guitar and fantastic playing. I've got a Squier Jazzmaster Vintage Baritone which sounds fantastic, you've given me some ideas for a new song I've just started writing! Keep it up man I love these affordable guitars it's nice to see instruments we could actually buy rather than just fantasize about!!
(You probably know these guys already based on what you play) but you should check out the band Maserati specifically the song “Show me the Season” as the stuff you play reminds me of that band.
Really Cool Sound and Guitar! And the price unbelieveable! Sorry Mark but GOTD need some changes. Lemmo awesome playing, different! Chords sounding fantastic!
very cool , never heard of a barritone guitar before , great tone great bass , and some great songs , cool playing Michael , a bit sparkly for my taste but it does set it apart
