Hi Lemmo Firstly - I really like the Lemmo and think it is one of the best urban ebikes currently available. But one question has been bothering me since version one. This clutch to disengage the engine completely. Are there actual measurements of what this really means? So how many watts do you save? I'm asking because I don't know of a single review of an ebike with a hub motor that complains that the motor causes noticeable resistance when it's switched off. On the contrary, it is usually pointed out that this is one of the advantages over mid-motors. So why this clutch that solves a problem that doesn't seem to exist?
Couldn't agree more! I'm going to keep using this bike as it's perfect for my trips into town and the gos plus lock function is great peace of mind when I lock it up.
That's why u r unique..soo many youtubers are focus on only mobiles and tablets... these guy is alrounder electric bikes,laptops, earphones, cleaning machines...what nkt every thing is realted to smart tech..thats why i like him🥳🥳😔😎👋

It's sure is one of the better bikes I have covered and up next I have a similar one 27.5" Engwe P275 Pro, but mid-drive carbon belt and 3 speed rear hub. But it does lack GPS and lock function.
Excellent video! I just ordered the Lemmo One Mk2. Prize is 2.300 Euro incl. Smartpac Saddle with suspension is also available for 143,- Euro. Locking and unlocking the bike works when your connected iphone is in range. Not without bluetooth connection. Also interesting: A Bike trailer can be connected with the lemmo connector which is available in their shop. Due to the E/M plug on the rear axle a standard connector ist not working.
Thanks for the comment. 143 for the Saddle with suspension will be worth it for some. I have now a similar bike not tech wise but ride and style the Himiway A7 Pro, but about the same price I think this is still the better pick for the smart lock and then riding it as a non ebike.
Very nice video! I want to ask a question: Are you sure it's a single stage rear light? The website advertises it's a brake light to it is supposed to brighten up when braking. Can you test again and confirm? Thank you!!!
Looks great, has all the features that an e-bike for me should have, removeable battery, gears, sleek design that doesn't stand out. Amazing how many fall down on that list.
Hi in what way? I don't think it will be an issue to get parts. Your typical wear and tear items bike chops can handle. The motor is unlikely to have issues the only thing might be the controller or battery which is all in one with the smart pack.
We had the whole Vanmoof debacle in Holland. These bikes broke a lot and had to be repaired by specialized stores with their ow parts. And then Vanmoof went bankrupt.... I have to know how the bike works without the app and if the bike can be repaired by the local shop with standard parts. Thanks for your answer. 😊
Hi, I think this bike is getting in the right direction. I have two questions. First, why the pack to make it mechanic? Other alternatives just do that by disabling the motor on the lowest option, e.g., no assist? Second, the alarm and rear tire lock can be enabled and disabled by pressing the buttons for 3 seconds? So, anyone an do it? Did I miss something? Alternaives use fingerprint sensors.
If they made the frame in Germany, that part alone would cost more than a ton of dollars. The bisuckle industry in Germany is good, but highest price group. In Taiwan this industry is huge, they know what they do, even if they also often have their factory in China.
Definitely, one of the better ones I've covered of the city commute style and the built it GPS, lock and the battery pack also doubling as a power bank is nice. But I love how you can remove the pack, disengage the rear hub and it is like a normal bike.
Both have their pros and cons. Chain is best for many big climbs and belt if you ride mostly on the flat as it requires no oiling and lasts 10x longer.
You will choose this bike if you also want to use it without electric support. The advantage is that battery and electric components are within the Smartpac and you save 3KG of bike weight. If you drive this bike without electric support you can easily get over 30km/h with the chain. With belt you have a simple single speed bike.
It's so "smart" that it takes a bank loan to get one. You guys never actually talk much about the fact only a fraction of the population can ever think of getting these. The rest of us, you know the hard workers but too poor to afford stuff like this have to keep on using our muscles to climb silly hills.
These bikes are mainly designed to be sold in Europe as far as I understand and it's something around the average net monthly salary in countries like Germany/Netherlands where their primary market is.
