Lemon bars are an easy great dessert but this lemon bar recipe adds more flavor with some raspberries. It tastes like the best lemonade ever!

INGREDIENTS LIST:
-Shortbread Crust
1/2 cup or 100 g granulated sugar
Zest of two medium lemons
1 cup or 226 g room temp unsalted butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 cups or 240 g all purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
1/4 tsp nutmeg (fresh or pre ground)
1/2 tsp ground ginger
-Filling
1 cup or 120 g defrosted raspberries (frozen)
1/4 cup or 59 mL raspberry juice (from the frozen raspberries)
1 cup or 200 g granulated sugar
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup or 60 g all purpose flour
1/2 cup or 118 mL freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 large room temp eggs
-Garnish
2 to 3 tbsp powdered sugar
Oven temp 355 F or179 C
