Karen perfect time for this recipe because the blueberries are in the peak of the season so delicious and tasty just like this blueberry and lemon Galette. Love your trick with the frozen butter puts nice little fluffy buttery pockets when the dough bakes.
How did I miss this! We just planted blueberry bushes so hopefully I will have blueberries in a couple of years! I love blueberries! Your galette looks fabulous!

OMG! Your galette looks fantastic! I love the choice of music too! I'd definitely have a slice with some ice cream, or maybe some heavy cream generously poured all over! In the UK, they love pouring heavy cream over desserts! 😻😻
I've always been afraid to bake lol (don't count the stuff just requires reheating), but seems like I have the patience and you've got the solutions here (step by step was great). Blueberries are my favourite fruit right now. They go so well with everything; especially on porridge and in this fab recipe of yours😁 That's a good way to make the pastry if you don't have a mixer. I like how you grate the butter. A lovely easy to make recipe and a fab video as always...👋
Hi, Karen! Wow, that galette looks amazing! I like that you added lemon zest: very good addition to berries of any kind. I think a bit of sugar would be good in the crust as well: different from a normal crust in the USA. I will have to try this with nectarines or any summer fruit like you said. Thanks for sharing!
Love this! I almost made a galette this week but got a little nervous because I thought it might be soggy. I think I just need to make sure I pick the right fruit. I’m going to try yours with blueberries. That was great you showed people how to make the crust by hand. I like your grater trick.

Hi Raquel..No I didnt brush this one with an egg wash..but you can certainly do that! It just came out of the oven lightly browned on its own. Then I dusted it with powdered sugar. Thanks so much for watching! It was yummy!
