4 Whole eggs
Lemon zest (Zest 6 lemon)
220ml of are lemon juice
220g of sugar
120g cold chopped butter
This Lemon Curd is perfect for MACARON filling..

How long can we fridge it? Can we freeze it as well?

Once you seal the cap tight, it will be good in the refrigerator for 3 months. After open, must use all in 1-2 weeks. I have never freeze it before so I don't have an answer for that.
