I've finally watched enough videos to know the team's names. I enjoy watching the cooking, humor and realness. I'd love to see this part of Jamaica. Murphy, Climer, Socks, Theodore, etc all have their own unique personality but mesh so well like a family.

I just love to watch you guys and learn a lot of new menus. Your different ways of cooking is creative and fun . Didn't know that fever grass could be cooked in rice and peas. I only know of it in tea. Good Job🎉

Wow Colaz authenticity at it's best look how food pretty. Love the idea of the fever grass it's a must try as long as you are able to get the fever grass. This makes us a foreign miss home for real there's no place like home. Food turn up it wicked. Bless up everytime team Colaz.

Nice food from the team but I don't eat no kind of meat but if I was there the rice and peas would have been good and the juice when I come to Jamaica I am a vegan but I will be there with everyone good praying
This meal looks great! I am going to try the fever grass rice and peas. Can anyone explain how the banana leaf helps to cook the rice? Have you considered to use another seasoning without MSG? I wish Maggi didn't have this toxic chemical because the seasoning are really good.
