- 100 g All purpose flour
- 90 g unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 90 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 lemon zest

Air fryer: Ninja dual zone 9.5L
Loaf tin: 1lb
