So the two people he was mentioning in his verse near the end where he's talking about "Dubai embraces me like an Emirati..." he is referencing Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum and Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed Al Maktoum who are the crown princes of Dubai which both of whom Drake is actually pretty close friends with. So that bar was a big boy flex lol
