Cake flour 200g｜1,1/2cup
Baking powder 1tsp
Poppy seed 30g｜1/4cup
Lemon zest 1Tbsp
Powdered sugar 60g｜1/2cup

Where is the salt? why there's no balance without salt! I disagree on this one as a baker that I have been for 45 years a cake without salt doesn't have a good after taste!

hi..if i want a more distinct taste of lemon juice and do not want the lemon glaze on top.of the cake..can i increase the lemon juice to 2 - 3 tsp instead of 1 tsp? tq

Made this cake yesterday ❤ it was delicious.. didn’t have poppy seeds so increased the cake flour 🎉came out perfect.. lemon glaze took it to next level 🎉love your content ❤
