5 large eggs, at room temperature
½ cup (120 g) full-fat sour cream, at room temperature
⅓ cup (80 ml) fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest, from about 1 lemon
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup (240 ml) whole milk, at room temperature
For the glaze
1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar, sifted
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
