In this challenge, the original lemon filling was made into a "lemon rose that can piped out three-dimensional lines."
After many experiments and adjustments, the final product looks like a yellow rose with a golden luster. It tastes sweet and sour and has a full lemon aroma. It is paired with crisp and crispy tart crust, a beautiful "rose lemon tart". Done 🍋

Crispy and sweet tart crust(four tart crust, 8cm diameter)
90 g unsalted butter
38 g granulated sugar
30 g whole egg
150 g cake or all-purpose flour
38 g almond flour, a pinch of salt
Rose lemon filling (made for piping)
110 g granulated sugar
200 g whole egg
110 g freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp lemon zest
12 g cornstarch
2 gelatin sheet(about 5g)
150 g unsalted butter
