To hear of his passing today saddens me and many others. I look back of this video, I do believe he knew he didn’t have long to live after his cancer diagnosis. He’s dancing in heaven. RIP Len.

Len was an essential part of the show for so many years. His knowledge of the traditional fundamentals of dance kept the dancers in line. Yet, as long time viewers know, his soft side has appeared many times. I loved in the old days when we saw Len going into practice to give the finalists tips, even dancing with them in practice! How great to see the master at work! And his sense of humour when giving his comments, man the guy can be witty! Thank you Len for being head judge of DWTS. Whoever takes on his position as head judge doesn't need to be another Len, but they must have the same background and knowledge, as well as being a bit more stricter than say, the other three judges.

Man, my jaw dropped when I read the news. I know that so many people in the dance community and beyond are hurting right now. May Len rest in peace, and may his legacy live on.

What a legend not only in the ballroom but the competition world to. When Tyra said that Derek, Mark and Val were all judged by Len the competition world, that really hit me for some reason, but I don’t know why. Anyways, THANK YOU for 31 amazing seasons! We will miss the “From Len, a 10” and the wittiness that we have season and most importantly keeping not only the celebs but also the pros in line too. You have brought so much to the show, you will always be remembered! ❤

I've been watching this show since its first season. Without Len, it won't feel the same. Like when Simon Cowell left american idol. But, all good things must eventually come to an end. We enjoyed his honesty and seeing stars winning him over with tens. He will be greatly missed. Thank you Len!💛💛💛
