When I worked at Chuck e cheese. I would get chewed out over that, and it took every fiber in my body to not tell the parents "Maybe your kid should get good at the games"
so fuckin true. went to an arcade in N.Y.C. years ago, skiball was my game. got a shitload of tickets and only had enough to get a GOTDAMN refrigerator magnet glued to the back of a fuckin Kermit the frog face.
I would really plan out my time, determining how many times I needed to play a game. I would tell my friends and family to reserve machines so I could play them without hassle. I stayed there until AFTER they closed to deposit my tickets, just so I could get vampire teeth and maybe a slinky. Like no I wanted the nerf gun
I remember Discovery Zone had fun games, but the prizes were ass. Chuck E. Cheese's had both good games, but the ticket cost for the best prizes were downright mean! Even the least expensive to purchase in another store would still cost more tickets than you could ever get during one trip! 1000 tickets for a single Hershey kiss?! Oh someone is getting their ass kicked!
It’s old news now. Whatever reason why he left, it’s over with and they been let it go. It don’t seem like it was serious since they didn’t seem concerned about it
