Lennart Backstig embarked on his journey as an employee with us on an ordinary autumn Monday in 1973, now marking a remarkable span of 50 years of service at Troax. He remains a valued member of our team, with no intention of parting ways just yet, for which we are most grateful.
Over these five decades, Lennart has witnessed our remarkable transformation - from the days when our production encompassed everything from shopping trolleys to wine racks, the milestone of joining the NASDAQ stock market, and onwards to our expansion across the globe.
