ABOUT THE VOICE
The four-time Emmy Award-winning musical competition series "The Voice" returns as Queen of Country Reba McEntire claims her red chair alongside last season's champ, Niall Horan, and returning superstar coaches John Legend and Gwen Stefani as they vie to discover and coach the next singing phenomenon.
The show's innovative format features five stages of competition: Blind Auditions, Battle Rounds, Knockouts, Playoffs and Live Performance Shows.
This season, the block returns to the Blind Auditions, and during Battles, each coach will have two steals to use. The Three-Way Knockouts are also back. This time, however, artists will select their own songs to perform.
Once the Live Performance Shows begin, the top artists will compete against each other weekly during a live broadcast. This time, the television audience will vote to save their favorite artists. In the end, one artist will be named "The Voice" and receive the grand prize of a recording contract.

It’s crazy that Lennon isn’t on top 5 of Niall’s team. I thought he was gonna be top 3 on the show for sure. Definitely my favorite voice on the show, I still vividly remember his blind audition and how good it was.

It is beyond astounding to me, that this incredible man is not going to the live performances. I am sure that the coaches have some strategy, but this guy is literally a superstar I would’ve loved to hear him sing Imagine. Maybe we’ll see that on RU-vid someday but there’s no reason why this remarkable singer is not in the lives. He literally brought all of the judges to tears and couldn’t make it through. I just can’t wrap my head around that…

He's more of a broadway singer without the vocal power to be one. Niall cries over him because there is something very pubby and irish lilt about Lennon's voice. He would do very well to sing Falling Slowly. In fact - he should have!

He’s a beast! His unique tone, his range, he choices of notes. He also does these trills and has these breaks in his voice that are just beautifully. I had instant chills from the very start. He picked a perfect song where he showcase all of his voice! Then, omg that last forced flip up into head voice shook me to my core. He’s such a star and impresses me more and more every time he performs!!! He could really be a finalist if he keeps picking songs like that!!!
