Anthony Joshua is the same guy who fought Andy Ruiz 1! When you get a big puncher hurt, don't go after them with no defense! You will get hit with a big shot yourself! In all fairness, he wasn't really thinking straight and when he went for it, it's because he knew that he was miles behind. It doesn't matter if he waited or not, his fight was done/over in the first round with that really big Dubois hit but that's because AJ showed him little to no respect with having his hands down. And so because of that, he got hit, he got hit big, and he got hit hard!! Dubois destroyed AJ. A proper demolition job.

@@gyujikowell he is generally considered by anyone who is taken seriously as a top 5 HW of all time. Big George actually claimed he is the best, that will always be between Ali and Louis for me. Also Rahman was no joke and no different to Louis losing to Schmelling. It's HW boxing and Lennox got hit by 2 massive punches, but proved his superiority over both his Victor's with no doubt left. He could have fought Rahman and Mcall and would beat them 9 times out if 10.

No he wasn’t. Maybe he could have stopped the fight earlier but Joshua was saved by the bell and wanted to keep going. He tried to put the heat on Dubois in the 5th until he was leveled by a clean right hand.

the fact that aj didn’t respond to the ref’s call on the first KO, kinda tells you “ENOUGH CHANCE” is such an understatement. As a father, I wouldn’t want a man to lose his bread and butter, but judging from AJ’s performance, he should consider early retirement. If he wants to continue boxing and retire with his brain cells intact, he should improve. Putting your chin on display and guard down, what was he expecting to happen that night?

Joshua should sack his trainer. Keep left hand up and chin down. Simple instructions not chin up and hands down. Not once did he tell him that. It was obvious. Best man won though. I think Ruiz loss started Joshua’s downfall. I will say Joshua has done us proud over the years well done.
