i drive a 1914 model T , in the Netherlands, the older T s has lots of room for big e tall people, ok, 2 in the front will make it "cozy" still lots of leg room, once you learn how to drive a T its extremely nice, even easy, it feels like sitting on the couch at home playing a video game, starting with a crank you have to learn, had a sore wrist, if your a big man it will not brake your arm, by a cold start, the gears can stick, crank it and it likes to jump at you, for a smaller person a good idea to put a block of wood in front of the wheel, i just push back, like i do with an unruly cow, took it off road too, amazing, the whole frame moves with the terrain, that is in the design, top speed is 75 km/h, not for the freeway, most parts are easy to get, the cars body is unrestored, i like it that way, what matters is, that the motor and such is in the best of shape, staying as original and safe as possible, those T s where used for everything, as tractor, as powerplant, in world war one the french army used them with tracks instead of wheels, the swedish did put them on skies, its even known to drive up stairways, in reverse it will do, didnt try yet, indeed the T is an amazing car,

Minor correction Jay but Beta wasn’t entirely clearly better then VHS in all aspects. While initially it had a somewhat superior picture quality it only got 1 hour of recording time per tape (Beta 1). VHS had 2 hours of recording time per tape out of the gate (in standard play or SP mode) but also had slightly worse picture quality. Beta then fixed this with Beta II which double the recording time in SP mode but as a result lowered the picture quality to around VHS standards. This all meant that Beta and VHS competed more on others features throughout the 80s rather picture quality such as extended recording modes like SLP, slow motion playback, freeze frame, stereo sound, etc until Beta throw in the towel in the late 80s. Yes, VHS did beat Beta, partly by flooding the market with VHS VCR’s do to a very unrestricted licensing scheme for the standard by JVC, its inventor.

Horace and John Dodge were Henry's partners in the early days. Many T parts were made by the Dodge Brothers, and most of them are identified by a "DB" cast or stamped into the part. The two brothers and Henry didn't get along very well, so they sold their Ford shares and used the money to start the Dodge Brothers Motor Car Company in 1914. I've owned 2 early DB's, and once you drive one, you would never go back to a T.

Who doesn't like a T? ...and everyone has a story about one. Your T in this video is a beautiful example of a mostly original car, I like it! But please use care in your presentation, many folks today don't know much about automobile history, so when you speak about Model T facts in this video, many folks may think it applies to 1925 (the year of your car). Much of what you said was more relevant at the birth of the Model T in late-1908, but not so much in 1925. In 1925, the T was horribly outdated and obsolete, and Henry's refusal to replace it was about to sink the entire Ford Motor Car Company. Fortunately Edsel Ford came along to save the day, but that's a story for another time.
