You didn't clean the thermal paste off the top of the cooler that makes contact with the CPU?? Did you just not show this process in the video or was it forgotten??

You do because there are 3 screws under where the keyboard is that secure the back cover to the laptop itself and also the 2 cable plug-ins with the blue-tags 3:40

Damn, what a piece-of-shit brain-dead design. Battery swaps are something that you SHOULD be able to do with the machine plugged into the wall outlet and still running. Having to shutdown the machine is bad enough, but having to nearly completely disassemble the machine just to get to the battery compartment is totally BRAIN-DEAD. I have one of these machines and it bricked on me not too long after the warranty ran out... I thought it might be the back-light on the display, but even the caps-lock on the keyboard doesn't work... Hooking it up to an external display doesn't work either... The fact that you eveb had to take it off camera to do something before the keyboard would come out just shows how much of a pain-in-the-butt that this design is....
