This certainly is a fast way to do it, but according to most sources failing to remove the battery connector first means you risk burning out the monitor connector when removing it. I am not an expert. Some guides even suggest removing 5 or 6 other things after disconnecting the battery.
Yeah this is a lot faster. There is a video right above yours that shows the guy removing the bottom part and took a while plus I mistakenly broke a couple things in the process but this is easier
he broke the hinge cover too... need to removing the bottom case to disconnect the battery, and officially need to remove the whole upper display part to remove the hinge cover (need to slide sidelong)
Can you please help how to place back the last hinge or plastic cover part. I'm not able to place it back. What is the price of the new LCD and from where we can order.

Once lower half is separated from top one, you'll have enough space to slide this long cover to side and remove it. It uses small plastic locks to hold it, something like L¬ You have to slide it to side to remove it, instead of forcefully pulling it out like this video. You'll break those locks if pulled it like this video.
This isn't a good guide for changing the screen. Doing this your way, as someone else said in the comments, will break the hinge on the plastic bar to be removed which protect the screen cable. Thanks to you i broke it on my computer and could only put it back using another video guide.
