bhai mera toh april se issue chal raha hai ab tak 7 baar motherboard replace kar diya hai lekin mobo purana hota hai so last time mobo mein bsod and graphic card hi hata ke bheja pura scam and chori chal raha hai company ki taraf se

I also planned to buy this laptop. Buy I changed decesion. Laptop is good but I already used lenovo, So now I'm trying Asus. Same specifications with IdeaPad gaming 3 under 55k. You can also go for lenovo. My case was critical, it happens very rare. So, I got refund.

No, dO NOT buy lenovo based on his experience. This might be good for him but in general not good. you can choose between hp and dell. Good Luck.

I have used two Asus laptops. One of the laptops, I've been using for 3 years. The second one I used only for 2 days, the product was defective, so they provided me with a DOA. Customer service is not so good. After taking lot of actions they provided the DOA. But in the case of Lenovo, I used that laptop 2 years, I extended the warranty, same problem repeating. After two years they provided me with a DOA. I just told them to provide a permanent solution. They called me for DOA. I also have a video of DOA on my channel, watch that. I hope now you got some idea about the after sales services of both .

liya tha bhai. Under 55k price tha latest model. But unfortunately usme 1 din bad hardware issue aya, to use return kar diya. but model kafi accha tha 8gb 512gb core ryzen 5 5600H gtx 1650

@@DevrajCSE brother Asus ka laptop Lena chaiye? Mein A15 model ka soch rha hu lene ka Asus ki service better milegi aur bhai mujhe laptop 5+ years se jaada use krna hai I confused hp or Asus or Lenovo lu ki konsa lu😢

Ha le sakte ho. Aj kal sab laptop pe onsite support milta hain. But asus onsite service pe agar koi problem huya laptop ka to pick up kar lega. But lenovo apke ghap pe akpe samne repair karega. I think lenovo aftersales service better. I already replied you bro in previous comments.

They will repair if it's under warranty, you should extend warranty as soon as the existing warranty expires or before expiring. Regarding the DOA, after 2 years, if your problem is not solvable & it's repeating & no solution found, then they can provide DOA. But it's rare case

When you’re having a Premium care warranty or premium care plus warranty and having any hardware issue in your laptop then Lenovo replace the suspected part with on site service for free and even after replacing the part issue isn’t resolved then they replace or refund according to condition from where you have purchased the system

If it is under warranty & if it is a hardware problem then the screen will be replaced with a new display. Contact the lenovo support team.

Contact the support team. If it is a hardware issue they will definitely change the display free of cost.

Definitely you can buy. The DOA case is rare.

Just bought a legion slim 5 and got multiple issues and have been played by the service people left and right , do not buy from Lenovo. There after sale service is not at all good, because they do not have first party service centre All their service centre in India are contract based to companies like Wipro. And they will drain the life out of you in any DOA or repairing process. Buy only Dell or HP or apple in India , they have first party service centres and they don't waste too much time. That's why most of the IT companies prefer giving Dell or apple to their developers.
