I've been using this unit for over a month now and it fulfills all my needs. As a bedside clock, charge port for my phone and Google assistant speaker. I have 2 routines set up, "Goodnight" and "Good morning". Since I only listen to the news via the speaker, its limited speaker is adequate. In Canada it can be purchased for about $40 CAN.

I love that you muted "Okay Google". So many reviewers on YT choose not to. I cant imagine it being that difficult?

I like this product, but a few things annoy me. - I don't like the leading zero on the HH MM display. (Yippee this has now been fixed in an automatic update) - There's not much power available through the USB port to charge a phone, compared to a normal plug pack. - If I use the USB to power a wireless charger, when I put my phone on the charger, the smart clock cancels any playing it's doing. I think I'd go for it's bigger brother if I had my time over again.

Audio quality bad? It's the best sounding alarm clock i've ever had :-) No seriously, i was impressed with the low bass this tiny speaker can actually produce. In the Home app, you can alter bass and treble for this device, so if you decrease treble a tiny bit, it's a pleasant speaker to listen to playing music. Of course it's no hi-fi set, but you cannot expect that

If I cut power, will the clock still work?

Can you listen to the radio on it? And can you ask Google to play the radio or music for one hour and then turn off?

Can i change the ringtone for alarm?

You dont need to use your phone again once youve set it up right?

I have the device with only the plus and minus buttons but I cannot figure out how to turn on the nightlight. I pressed and held the minus and volume just muted, I pressed and held the plus and the volume just went all the way up

Is this clock basically the Smart Clock version 1 in a slightly different case?

So... Im pretty new with google assistend kinda stuff... I have a question, I hope you can help. If I were to wake up, and wanted to know the weather exactly, could I ask google that, and then hear that?

This review is good! Here are some issues i feel need to be fixed in future iterations of the product: - Hardware keys to connect remote bluetooth music - Scratch easy screen - Load delay during startup (when wifi is not available), same problem with the Lenovo Smart Clock - At least a 1000mah power backup should be there by default in all smart clocks (gives at least 1-2 hours backup without music, because music speakers come with power backup), power backup for music ringtone and clock is a must.

Do you know how to find the Mac Address on the smart clock itself? I live in a place with the type of WiFi where I have to register it as one of my devices and whenever I press show MAC address it says I need to look on the physical device for it, but I still don’t see it
