Hi, I want to upgrade my t420 but I don’t know that the motherboard support another higher processor, at so far, how is going your computer? Don’t have leaks or supersaturation by the components?

At the moment it works perfectly, I am waiting to do the next part of the upgrade, with the rest of changes that can be done to this laptop. In the internet forums recommend updating the bios to get the most out of it, so far I have not done it.

Hi, I read an article that recommended that latency, I can't assure you that with a higher latency it will work, you can ask in forums or watch other videos to check.

yes, a DDR3 1333 Hz with max 16 GB works on your laptop without upgrade bios.

@@bleachchyxo6775 Te respondo lo mismo que cuando me lo preguntaron más arriba: puedes buscar en reddit más información si estás preocupado. El upgrade de este equipo no está acabado, la batería ya había que cambiarla... el equipo no da problemas, pero no está terminado. Os animo a buscar en foros y experimentar.

@@ruinedlifedesignHola quería saber de cuantos watts es tu AC adapter. Cambie mi procesador al mismo que el tuyo pero me dice que mi cargador de 65w no es suficiente.
