I was thinking the same thing. I see no need to remove that back part antennae wiring. Just removing the bezel should have been good enough, unscrewing the display and removing the display connector port.
I think this is the safest way for screen replacement, if your screen still can be seen you should disable internal battery first in BIOS, and unplug all the bettery inside, then you can replace the screen without unscrewing lcd assembly. Else, if your problem like in this video (crack lcd/unclear lcd), you better unscrew the lcd assembly just like shown in this video
