हाँ बहुत फ़ायदा है मोबाइल कम्प्यूटर चलाते चलाते आँखें लाल हो जाती अंदर घुस जाती है आँख से पानी आने लगता है जिसकी वजह से नींद नहीं आती है ब्लू कट चश्मा लगाने से आँखों में आराम मिलता है सारी परेशानियाँ दूर हो जाती है।
