I Got A Pair of These Lenskart Blu Cut glasses for around 800 I bought two of them..... They are a steal at that price especially considering you won't even get a normal glass for that price..... Lenskart's frame quality is okay not too bad. Hope this helps other buyers and fast shipping too I needed glasses urgently and I got it thr next day after ordering.Haven't Tried Crizal as I don't think spending 10k on just lens is VFM

Comparing 1000 rupee lenses with that of 10000 rupees is like comparing Maruti suzuki and a bmw or Audi . Compare similarly prices product , lenskart do have premium lens range ( made in Germany ,if I recall correctly ) available at store . Have been regular user of lenskart along with other eyewear brand namely Titan and vision express ,belive me the lenskarts mid budget range is by far the best I’ve tried in term of clarity sturdiness of frame as well as lenses ( yes lenses do get tinted after using it for an year so does every other lenses In that price range ) , the budget ( Titan and Vision express almost charges 1.5-2x for the lenses of similar specifications, I was shocked when a Titan eye plus vendor in delhi suggested my mom should buy a progressive lens worth 45000 ….!! Most of the products we see around us are made in China , just because a product is made in China doesn’t mean it’s bad or cheap ( remember even apple products are manufactured in China ) .

There is no comparison between crizal or zeiss lenses and lenskart lenses. Lenskart lenses are made in China which are equivalent of lenses available at local vendors for 700-800 rupees. Lenskart just creates offers to attract customers. The frames that you get after discount for 1500-2000 rupees at lenskart are actually worth that much amount only. They increase the prices and then offer those discounts.

bro yesterday i bought 2 pairs of john Jacobs at 8500 with insurance and gold gold membership and select high grade lens comes with along at power of 1 and 1.25 so that's worth it or not.

I have dv power and recently my power changed so I had to get new lens and decided to buy new frame as well from lenskart. Quite satisfied with product. My previous lens was from Carl Zeiss which I had bought for 3200 INR. Here what I wanted to say was Carl Zeiss guys (customer care) told me that there is no coating as anti glare coating. It is anti reflective coating only which prevents formation of too many reflections on the lens for better viewing experience. I had to ask this bcoz the local optician sold me those Carl Zeiss lenses saying it'll help me driving in night and save my eyes from high beams for which he even showed before and after image. Honestly there was no difference in driving against high beam with lenses or naked eyes. That's why I had to call zeiss customer care, they did apologised that the optician sold me giving false info and told me currently no lens or coating can save you from uncomfort of high beam. Glass lenses may help mildly compared to fiber lenses but nothing significant. So if anyone has distant vision and is under 35-40 then no need to go for expensive lenses bcoz generally in younger age people (under 30-35) dv power, if any, keeps fluctuating and we need to change lens after few months or an year. And as long as it is fiber lense it'll get yellow tint with time bcoz that's the nature of material. My zeiss lens now around 4yrs old have also become yellow. But again as I said bcoz I need to change lens quite often the yellow tint is not a problem from me bcoz it comes after 2-3 yrs of use and I usually change 2 lenses by that time.

Is blue light is harmful or not because in crizal Blu cut tech filters and block harmful rays and in lenskart permanently block Blue rays but as I come to know permanently blocking Blue rays can effect in vision. Pls suggest me which one will be preferable Regards.

Quite informative. Another point, frames of lenskart are way too heavier than the one I got from a local optician. Even their new "air" series which they claim to be super light is still heavier than what I obtained from local store.

Best is still Carl Zeiss. There is someone who compared Crizal and Zeiss and Zeiss is better in Fog and Blue light filter. Dust and Water test is worthless as none of the glasses from both is acceptable. Your glasses getting blue has only one reason, that it was not glass but polycarbonate lens or it has bad coating. For strong anti-glare effect, I advise you to use polarized lens or yellow lens as they cut glare the maximum. Clip on is available.

Bro nice video. But in your video you only compared lenskart with crizal sapphire. Crizal sapphire is extremely super. (Ideally no comparison) You could have also covered other low end glasses of crizal like crizal easy Pro, crizal rock, preventia etc. I feel that even cheapest crizal model will also beat lenskart. 😊

I don't think this is a fair comparison a 10 year old brand to World's no.1 lens brand. I have been using Zeiss Blu Cut lenses and I feel they are as good as or sometimes better than Cryzal. Zeiss lenses are extremely comfortable and offer very precise color contrast. Please make a video on Zeiss lenses.

Nice video Bhai... But as we have to care our eyes, I prefer CRIZAL over LENSKART. I have bought 2 pairs from LENSKART for 5800/- which I thought worthy but believe me I have replaced 2 pairs because of error in lens but still the issue persists. LENSKART lenses are not worthy if your power is high. I am using CRIZAL from almost more than 13 years... It's the best. Unbreakable, crystal clear, UV protection, glass doesn't goes dim after using for several years also. You may think, price is high but think about your eyes man.... They are precious. Use the best and take care of your eyes....

Lenskart here in Bengaluru offers Rodenstock lenses in the premium range, starting 3000. I've recently compared my essilors to Rodenstock side by side, and they seem identical. Recently purchased 2 specs for 9k from lenskart. Their own proprietary lenses going by the name Lenskart BLU are definitely inferior.

Can You compare Tokai Lutina and Crizal Prevencia?

Lenskarts JJ and VC are nothing but "China ke mal" on which they just written their brand name. Even a 700 rs fastrack frame is better than lenskart JJ. Also their lens have less no. of coatings which make them cheaper. Crizal and other real brands like zeiss duravision generally have 9 to 12 coatings per side of lens which really helps our eye.

Crizal is NOT a Lense. Crizal is a branded Protection package for any Lense. Protection Package means a series of Treatments on Lense. Any Lense making company can get Crizal licence after paying fee. Originator of Crizal Brand is Essilor. Crizal and Lense are different things. All Lenses must lost its protection layers after 2 years of normal using.

I got two VC glasses from lenskart in june 2019 and I'm still using them. Two frames are still intact and today i got another pair from lenskart. The reason i changed is my lens got a lot of scratches. I use one for my daily use and the other one for occasions. I choose lenskart because they have a wide range of collection. Their air collection is really good ,i don't even feel like I'm wearing them. For daily use I'll definitely suggest air. One my family member has a eyewear shop and i asked him about crizal and Zeiss because their starting price is 7k and lenskart is just half the price inclusive of frame. My uncle told me that crizal ad zeiss are premium brands and it's not wise to spend that much on lens.even he suggested me to go with lenskart blu. P.S- i use mobile hardly 5-6hrs and i maintain a good distance between my phone and eyes. I'm not software guy so i hardly use laptop.

My lens got broken few days back so brought new blue cut lenses from lenskart first thing i liked was their delivery it arrived within 2 days which is insane but moment after wearing it frame has fitting issues nose pad area is too small sadly have to go to their store to fix the issue plus when i tried through AR mode on their app frame was bit smaller compare to what i received otherwise no issue with the lenses especially when ur getting blue cut lenses for 1200 it is more than worth it.

Lenskart quality is not upto the mark at least for the frames. Salespeople are extremely pushy if you visit the store. I believe the quality can be matched with a regular specs store. Not the high end as they are very expensive.
