What is the yoghurt? I can't tell what you are calling it, strength youghurt or strained yogurt....either way what is that?

xiaoecho dehydrated - sun dried yogurt. Pour yogurt on a cheesecloth and disperse it under the sun. Wait until it become like a pumice stone :) Turks made such things to carry around with them. You can use it all year long. Just pour water on it and stir it. Its ready to be eaten.

That's all right, it's your opinion. I can respect that. But I don't share it. To me she's a really lovely mother and her children are so natural and wellbehaved and caring. They behave like children should behave! In addition, THIS is exactly what I love about her videos!: they are not unnatural and fake and just played. They are a sequence of the middle of their life. I enjoy to watch her videos so much, they bring a feeling of family into my house that I've never had. I find her videos very cozy. I hope she'll never change the way of her videos. Fake ones or as you say professional ones do exist too many. I hate them. Glad that her videos are outstanding.
