Hello Sir , There is a global servo 9300 here , It is working under Can bus connection .It doesnt work proberly , The HMI secreen fault shows Inverter is not ready , Everything seems ok .I dont know why it doesnt work .By the way I want to change start's source as digital terminal , But frequence's source from another driver's out put or from Can bus . Could u please tell me which code is for turning Can Bus off?? And which one is for setting Start from terminal??
Yes! As explained in video you can run any motor specially those which are available in motor data of 93xx control card, on bench test . While adding a default basic motor parameters and Settings given in video you can run any motor without feedback ( resolver or encoder)
I have problem with my lenze evs9322. I have machine for labeling on bottels. On the lenze are 2 encoders... All of my parameters have been deleted. Now I found the other inverter with all parameters like on my machine.. now I want to go with my computer and get all parameters from new one( i found) and i want to put to old inverter(without parameters)... How can i connect computer and what software i need to do that... please help me....
You can use Global Drive Control (GDC) to Upload and Download the Parameters To/From Lenze Drive. Hellow sir. When i power on Lenze EVF9323 vfd "PI TRIP" message show on the display. I can't remove it and run the vfd. So sir plz tell me the solution. Plz sir.
If you have a Backup of Drive Parameters or written Parameters somewhere, then after Re-parameterising the Drive, the issue will be resolve. but if even after RESET the Drive you get the same Error then it means there is some issue in Control Card. You have to replace the Control Card with the proper functioning Card to diagnose the issue.
is the drive install on the machine or you are checking it in the lab? If you have proper parameters for the same drive, try to reset the drive (Factory Settings) and then put the parameters in drive again and check the behavior. it should work properly, but if the drive still gives the output on just powering it up, then you have to check the Hardware inside the drive (PCB and other circuits)
You have to check the following Parameters of Drive Control Card (By SWAPPING with the OK Drive) On PCB level need to check the Firing Circuit of the Drive
