@@haydenbristow91 nahhh, only upside is juniors coverage.. 2 races is ok, but rb coverage was better. And Paying 40 bucks for 7 races rlly ?! Let us DH Heads buy the races only at least.. what do i care about road or xc
If you look back at Warners early days it took him time to find his feet. But I agree that these two are managing make a lot of noise without actually saying anything. Charging for the stream and lowering the standard isn’t a great start!
I watched the whole thing and I can honestly say, the commentary is so inane and verges on unlistnable. We all miss Warner, and Elliot was the perfect partner with his racing insight and commentary. This is dumbed down and frustrating to listen to.
I wish I could watch the entire thing. I tried for over an hour downloading and subscribing to multiple apps only to find out I could only watch it from a uk or European server which I do not have access to 😢. It’s BS
@@peterpositive4565 I tried discovery plus and GCN plus and neither worked so I googled and saw something about using a VPN to connect to a uk server but couldn’t get the vpn to work. Not to mention the VPN wanted $100 a year along with the discovery plus subscription and it’s not worth it. Especially from what I saw on the semi-final coverage. You don’t even get to see 75% of the run most of the time. This is going to ruin this sport.
After about 3 years the last Keurig stopped working ru-vid.comUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf initially was able to unblock, however eventually we couldn't fix. That one was a replacement unit sent by the manufacturer after we had problems with our very first Keurig. This works fine (lol, at least for now) however I didn't realize the water reservoir was so much smaller than our prior unit. With 2 people having one or two cups of coffee each morning, it seems like I'm refilling it daily. Otherwise just happy to have the convenience of pod coffee vs. making a morning pot.
True story - these UCI commentators...... The only word that comes to mind is - Inane. Nothing they said meant anything. They said nothing. Lots of words and not a single one of them was remotely meaningful. Inane. And the Frenchman was the worst. "He's got to make it happen." That's what he said. No - that was his strongest contribution. Inane. Empty filler. I'd rather no one commentated during the race. The racers bombing down the track is all you need if you aren't going to have you-know-who covering it. Listening to those two monkeys just loudly declared how much Rob Warner means to DH.
UCI and Discovery just fu**ed up the whole thing that Redbull has paved step by step. I started to watch the race on eurosport 2 but wasn't able to stay the whole race and it's not possible to watch on replay... There is no better way to ruin everything, loose the exposure on the discipline...
What a race by Williamson. The sport wanted goldstone so bad to be the guy but Jordan came out of left field and crushed it. New team on a new bike designed for a complete different riding style and body size and he still killed it
Incorporate sponsors into the broadcast graphics, run more commercials, anything to get rid of the pay wall. This isn't good for exposure of the sport / growth having it locked up by subscription.
I agree mate, some serious whinge bags in this comments section 😅. Commentary was decent (we all love Warner but he was prone to jibberish too, that’s what happens when you get excited)… drone angles were awesome…
