Either give the credit to the novel or say that you got inspired by it because what you guys are saying in the video is just blatant plagiarism. Even if he has remake rights, for example let's take it like they got the remake rights of the first batman comic, it's like saying I only came up with the plot of Bruce Wayne's parents dying by gun shot.
