LEO PEV Rion Apex Unboxing 

Finally, the unboxing of LEO PEV's Apex Hyper Scooter is Here!
Every thing was nicely packaged. The Apex arrived fully assembled, needing only the handlebar to be installed and the tires inflated. Additionally, I had to adjust the Rockshock suspension for my riding preference.
