The director of the film aldready bought History of Violence Comic Rights. So, he can able to make it officially. So, its not a remake or Copy. Only adaption of HOV with Lokesh Vision. In the HOV movie they don't shown backstory of the hero much, but here loki ll delivers the backstory in his style.
