the daybreak changes have been amazing, really wish ravhun was a 4 drop tho feels really awkward having to wait till turn 6 to play either leona or ravhun, also wish nightfall got some new targon base cards so we could combine them for a midrange deck with diana

Also, now that Nocturne has found a way to shine without Diana, it would be nice to give Diana more of a chance to shine for herself too.

11:29 so this card is actually the celestial being that leona's people worship, and the silver sister is who the lunari worship ( I think). Leona is the vessel for the solari's deity, she's one of the aspects of targon like Taric or Zoe. Also, loving the new leona!

I do like this concept, I think Asol might be a better fit rather than Galio just because he is a good finisher and you already have the daybreak dragon that can discount him by 2 (and if you use Morning Light on it you can discount Asol by 4 which is kinda cool).

I guess that's more of a top end midrange list. Certainly could cut the Gallios, have 2 Jarven and one A Sol maybe. Don't think Eclipse Dragon would be worth cutting anything for though, especially as you'd only have A Sol to discount, otherwise you'd just be playing it for nightfall. Maybe as a one off. Tbh I prefer this rally midrange concept better, makes use of good stats and stuns for multiple attacks in a round.

@@AshleySef08 Fair point but I think Asol does fit more because I have found that daybreak is really good at stalling out the game, so regardless if you hit Eclipse or not you'll still have Asol as a proper finisher for daybreak. Maybe the Galio/J4 version will prove to be better but I do like Asol more as a finisher, but maybe that's me being bias.

Very fun midrange deck, satisfying to see pretty much the whole daybreak package see success. I do wonder now with Leona being a 5 drop if she and Jhin could make an interesting deck, with lots of stuns and the two being played on a curve

Mogwai plays around Scorched Earth for like 5 turns straight although Station Archivist doesn’t “preview” the top 5 cards anymore lol (the opponent actually ending up having it but Archivist no longer provides that information).

This could be the best deck in the game rn, I am currently D1, playing this deck rn, I got 10 win streak and I am not losing (never lost)! Insane deck for real, the daybreak value was never this strong before and Leona might be one of the best champions in the current meta, considering that she was pretty weak before the buff. also the 1 copy of jarvan was such a good idea, 3 copies of galio would never be worth and jarvan gives the deck the last perfect touch to maximize the value!!! love this deck

Glad to see Daybreak is finally a viable strategy, and even has some variance. It doesn't let them off the hook for their bad habit of making too many 1-time only themes, but still happy with this patch. Hoping Thresh gets looked at next, possibly Garen (because he's still just a basic bitch)

Seem like if leona lvl up due to her daybreak when she enter the board then she doesn't have barrier but if she lvl up before( even if the lvl up animation hasn't played) then she has barrier when she enter the board with her own daybreak?

Hi Mogwai I have a deck idea below I made a ramp deck with freljord/noxus so you just have to survive to mana 9 with full spell mana, play call of the warmother(i think thats what it is called) and just spam big overwhelm units like captain farron, darius or atakhan or the 8mana dude with rally and units like that. I think it would be really interesting since you are much better deckbuilder than me and your version would probably be awesome. Love your vids

When I saw the patch I thought I wouldn't like it.(the Leona change) And after some games I still believe it because Leona will hit the board leveled up like 95% of the time. Why even "print" the normal version?

I have a feeling Leona will have her level up requirement changed from 4 to 5 daybreaks - it seems improbable for her to be played as a level 1 card. Naturally with the lack of removal in the deck, you rely on her stuns to break through enemy boards, but its a little to reliable to level up IMO
