The first time I watched this thought that she was lip-syncing. However, I could find the little differences in audio between this clip and her music video after several times, like 2:00 ,2:08, 2:11, 2:40-2:44 and she has some sharp/flat in the whole performance. I believe that this is not lip-syncing

I'm not sure. I love Leona but this was a bit close to the original and some of the lips were out of sync with the music unless the video was out of sync so it could possibly be recorded and mimed.
