You really shouldn't need to use your own trained models as much, but I'm sure there will still be exceptions where it's needed. But also, I know that they continue to add features (new and old) to the GUI V2, so it may just be a matter of time.

Thank you and great questions. As far as the token cost, good question. Another person had the same exact comment, so you bring up a good point. Leonardo did provide a reason for this. They said possibly because "low" resolution is not as low as in V1, however they are looking into this further. But other great news...I just read that they are crediting all paid users with 1,000 tokens because of this cost issue. So they've been listening and are aware of questions like yours. As far as your tennis rackets, would you mind sharing the prompt you're using? I'll take it and then see if I can generate the results you're needing.

Yes, definitely. Try a combination of image guidance options at the same time, like character reference, style reference, etc. You can also use character reference for that image but then turn the transparency button on. This will create your character with no background. Let me know if this works. If not, I’ll try to duplicate exactly what you need.

Depends what your preferences are. Leonardo has a better interface, but midjourney produces higher quality.

I will definitely say Leonardo AI, considering everything you get. For example, just their Motion update alone costs $10/month in other apps. But then their Universal Upscaler tool, all the image guidance options and their Canvas editor is icing on the cake. Plus, some of the other things they're working on behind the scenes is crazy, like generating text, improving Motion and adding new models. Midjouney is great (espcially since releasing Midjourney Alpha) and they do generate high quality images, but if I had to choose one it's Leonardo. But when I find an app that highly impresses me, I have no problem telling everyone how great it is. Leonardo is one of those apps, as well as Canva, Airtable, ChatGPT and now Freepik.

If Leonardo never sponsored you, why do you have a balance of over 185,000 credits? These credits are obviously given to you by Leonardo. Don't understand me wrong, I love your channel. It's very professional.

That's a good question and fair point. I've been using Leonardo since day one, shortly after they came out and was eating up tokens like crazy. Leonardo does a great job listening to the community and feedback. You can see a few examples where they've actually answered other viewer's comments in my videos. So whenever someone has a question via the comments, I'll submit it to them and always receive an answer back from them. I also try to respond to every comment myself, especially if someone needs help with a specific prompt. Because I want to help people get the exact image they need, I'll go into Leonardo myself and easily go through a few hundred tokens in minutes just so I can provide help and answers for people. So I have all of those credits to help test and provide as much feedback as I possibly can. There are a few examples in other comments re: using Character reference with other guidance tools, etc. so I'll take their feedback, try it myself, submit it to Leonardo in hopes that they fix any issues or add new features. And, impressively they usually do. I honestly think this is one reason why they've added Character reference. Because it was such a large request from people. I think the same will be done for creating text and words and for using character reference with multiple images.

I disagree, but you're entitled to your opinion and all are welcomed here. They're actually the opposite of greedy. For only $10/month vs. all the features you get is a steal. They're also very opened to any issues and criticism. If you add them back in the future, I recommend joining their Discord server because they're very active and open to comments there.

No problem. You can also just skip the first 30-50 seconds, which is the intro. After that there is hardly any editing and 90% of the video overall is simply how-to. I have 45 videos in my Leonardo AI playlist and more than half of them do not have heavy editing. But no worries, it's not for everyone. But your feedback is appreciated and I enjoy hearing the constructive criticism, so thank you.
