You can always go up from the water 😂 It's just if you panic you don't think clearly. The engine blowing up from a plane where Leo was is also quite crazy story. When you travel things happen a lot more easily tho. Like I was in Cambodia and there was this as close as can be almost a really bad car accident. Thank god our driver and one on oncoming lane were good drivers so it ended with just the driver smoking with a handshaking some 15mins after the whole debacle. I saw it all happening and it was absurd, timeslowing down. I was suure we are going to crash.

@@ignatiusjackson235 that might be the case in some of his work, and he's admittedly incredible in some roles (American History X was insane), but then there are stories like how he hated working on The Italian Job so he acted like a douchebag and phoned in his performance because he was locked in. Not what I'd call professionally invested but I don't know the guy 🤷🏼‍♂️

Most people like his performance in American History X or Fight Club best. But imo his best role by far is in Primal Fear with Richard Gere. That ending still gives me goosebumps. Also loved him in Rounders and Red Dragon.

It’s because he’s been said to be hard to work with. But not in a egotistical way, rather that he oversteps his boundaries. Insisting on his own ideas, rather than what’s in the script or what the director tells him, that’s sometimes a good thing - but he takes it too far. From what I’ve read.

He's notoriously difficult to work with unfortunately. Not because he's an asshole (maybe he is idk obviously), but because he loves getting deep into the creative process, and many producers, directors, and writers all get extremely territorial over their desires, if not downright pissed off that an actor wants to change things. Especially with Marvel, Feige's been so successful I'd guess he wants complete creative control over content. Plus there's always Easter eggs and connectivity stuff in every show/movie that's become routine for Marvel. If any of that got in the way of telling the best story possible, I bet Ed Norton pushed back on hard on any of that during production. His paycheck was probably huge at that time too, and Marvel was still an upstart arm of Disney at that point. So they saved a fuck ton by firing Ed Norton for sure. Bummer tho for sure. Mark Ruffalo is amazing, but another Norton Hulk would have been nice. He's such a damn good actor, I just wanna see him in more in general.
